I am an abstract artist working predominantly in oil and acrylic paints. My paintings are expressive and colourful abstract landscapes.

I love abstract art for its ability to bring something new and unseen into the world. It gives shape to our emotions. That feeling you get from an abstract painting can change every time you look at it and is different from person to person. That’s what I love about it.

I draw a lot my inspiration from nature and am always trying to recreate that sensation of being in awe of my surroundings. I work intuitively, using gestural brushstrokes and vivid colours to explore my own emotional landscape.

Originally from Dresden, Germany I now live in a small English countryside village in Tring, Hertfordshire.
